Dr. Rebecca Nystrom, D.C.

Growing up in a small town in Wyoming, Dr. Nystrom recognized at an early age the deep connection between spirit and healing and chose to make that the focus of her life’s work. A practitioner and teacher of Chiropractic for over 25 years, her specialized practice is grounded in those early experiences and harmonizes her philosophies on the natural healing ability of the body achieved through proper spinal care. Guided by an inspired and practiced hand, Dr. Nystrom’s patients have experienced extraordinary healing. Through millions of adjustments across four successful practices and numerous international missions, Dr. Nystrom has helped thousands of patients and students worldwide achieve vitality through healing. She currently directs and practices in the Nystrom Chiropractic Clinic in San Rafael, California.

Dr. Amy Lee, D.C.

Dr. Lee’s early interest in health and wellness landed her on the path to medical school and in preparation, she completed the premed requirement courses in graduating with a degree in Biology. In her final year of study, nagging health problems never fully addressed through conventional medicine, led her to a chance meeting with a chiropractor who suggested she explore chiropractic. Through chiropractic care, she experienced a transformational healing that she knew through her understanding of human biology, was the direct result of her healthier nervous system. It was this life-changing experience that turned her away from the path of medical school and on to the road to chiropractic. This choice has made all the difference. In addition to athletes and children, Dr. Lee’s practice includes a special concentration on pregnancy and she is certified in the Webster In-utero constraint technique helping many breech babies reorient. Her goal is to encourage and inspire individuals toward optimal health – to take an active approach to their health knowing that wellness is alive within each of us. Dr. Lee holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of California at Berkeley and a D.C. from Life Chiropractic College West.

Dr. Matt Egan

Matt was extremely adventurous and active from an early age playing multiple sports - soccer, swimming, basketball, and baseball. At 13, he sustained a shoulder injury while pitching during a baseball game and it continued to get worse. The pain started in his right shoulder, moved to his left shoulder and before long he wasn’t able to move his upper body. Unaware of what Chiropractic could do for him at that time, he was prescribed pain medication and was told to do strenuous physical therapy. The therapy was painful and was only moderately successful and his doctors were soon suggesting surgery. After a year of seeing medical specialists and just before ending up on the surgical table, he decided to give Chiropractic a try. Not only did chiropractic ultimately help him with his pain, he chose to pursue the field professionally to dedicate himself to helping others in the same way that he was helped. Matt is honored and humbled to be a part of the incredible team at Nystrom Chiropractic and knows that his patients will be his greatest teachers. Matt completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at the College of Marin and holds a D.C. from Life Chiropractic College West.

Veronica Barajas

Since 2006, Veronica has been integral to the operation of the Nystrom Chiropratic Clinic. Responsible for overall office management, she wears multiple hats managing everything from vendor relationships and billing to the patient appointment calendar. Because of Veronica’s leadership and dedication to running a tight ship, Nystrom Chiropractic is a place where healing takes center stage. “I love my job because it’s a place where I can be a part of the everyday healing and miracles we experience.  The atmosphere is so fun and light, our walls are all different colors, we have different music playing everyday, and our doctors are all so much fun to be around.  We have a variety of patients: athletes, businesspeople, families, and best of all children. The kids bring so much laughter, joy and the inspiration to be carefree!  I love my job because it’s really not a job, it’s a place where I can come and do what I am most passionate about and that’s helping people heal.”

 Anneli Castaneda

Anneli has been a key player on the Nystrom Chiropractic team since 2007 and is responsible for all front desk activities. She checks patients in and out and handles scheduling. You’ll often see her smiling face on weekends.  I get to witness miracles everyday and have the privilege to assist and watch patients heal through their care. This experience has helped me to grow and heal as well. I enjoy the positive and bright environment and love all the doctors and my co-workers. I am grateful to be part of such an excellent team.
